Regan's work focuses on formal composition, texture, and color. With a long background in journalism / digital content, her images have been published in multiple outlets for decades.
She first got interested in photography as a news reporter in Lancaster, PA, continuing to refine her eye while living in Atlanta in the 1990s. Back in the Northeast in New York City since 2006, she has specialized in portraiture and event photography, including live music.
Her work has been used in print and online publications, by Live Nation Entertainment, NBC Universal, National Public Radio (WNYC), IBM, The New York Post, Metro New York, The Washington Post, Alligator Records, Blue Note Records, Relix Magazine, Hittin' the Note Magazine, New York Q News, Endgadget, Emcee Artist Management, and more. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband, the journalist Alberto Riva, two cats, and eight cameras.
